Established residential developer Leybourne Homes launched a collection of new properties for first-time buyers in the heart of Aylesbury town centre.

A previous office building, Leybourne faced the challenge of marketing this town-centre building as a residential development for younger people. Oracle Group was appointed to create a brand and marketing materials for the development which appealed to the appropriate audience.

Following a branding exercise, several concepts were developed to engage with a young audience that wanted a healthy live-work balance, with entertainment and shopping on their doorstep and an excellent commute to London.

A microsite, social media platforms, PR strategy and full marketing materials were developed to promote the build. This included a brochure, materials for the marketing suite, hoarding and signage which had a prominent position in the town centre.
