Luxury housebuilder, Millgate, wanted a unique, social media-friendly way to showcase one of its high end show homes at Crown Wood, Midhurst, to develop brand awareness.
Crown Wood is set on the stunning King Edward VII Estate providing luxury five bedroom family homes within acres of grounds.
Following client-agency brainstorms, Oracle suggested creating a short film exploring the development and showhome from a dog’s perspective. The film uses the well-trained Perseus who sets off on an adventure around the house to find his family and escapes to explore the grounds.
With a very modest £50 social media advertising budget, the film achieved 8,807 views plus another 1,016 views organically. It reached 25,465 users on Facebook alone. The film was also featured in Showhouse Magazine’s marketing column, to highlight the ingenuity of the campaign to other developers.
