Oracle was appointed by specialist developer, Cleanslate as part of a wider strategy to encourage sales and drive footfall to the showhome at West Berkshire development, Weston Gate.

In order to highlight the development’s enviable rural location Oracle conceived and organised a food-based event during Great British Game Week that would appeal to the desired demographic. A special Game Cooking Demonstration was hosted at the showhome in the heart of the popular Lambourn Valley.

Oracle identified and worked with a locally-renowned game chef, from The Eastbury Plough restaurant, just a few miles from Weston Gate, and agreed a menu of simple dishes and canapes for prospective buyers to enjoy.

As well as planning and organising the event, the Oracle team were involved in promoting the event across several media channels and platforms, including the creation of a microsite dedicated to the event, inviting local press, working with agents and promoting across social media. This included using the #GBGameWeek on Twitter to target specific groups, organisations and media titles to secure retweets and engage in conversations.
