Oracle was appointed by Countryside in May 2013 to work on all Sales, Strategic and Corporate PR and events. One of our initial and ongoing tasks has been to raise the profile of Great Kneighton, a strategic site comprising 2,550 new homes and a wide range of community facilities in Trumpington, Cambridge.

The ongoing PR campaign has raised awareness of the overall development as a destination and helped support sales of Countryside’s specific phases – Aura, Abode and Novo. It has also encouraged positive engagement with the local community.

Producing creative press stories and features, the team has generated regular national coverage including The Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, FT, Express, Metro and Evening Standard. Coverage also included an appearance on BBC2 property programme: Mind the Gap: London v the Rest.

The Cambridge property market has seen a high rate of growth for a location outside of London and the Aura, Novo and Abode developments have been performing well, selling out, launching new phases and a high rate of progress has been seen in the development itself in terms of its strategic goals. Oracle has been quick to react to local property market trends, releasing case studies, progress reports and social media updates to support Great Kneighton’s overall communication goal.

Oracle has also compiled a series of winning award entries for this outstanding development including Development of the Year at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards (Abode).
