Kingsmere is a unique development on the edge of the North Oxfordshire town of Bicester, where our client, Countryside is delivering a modern urban village, with new homes, schools, sports facilities, community amenities and improved transport connections.

With residents moving in on site, and all the community facilities underway, the development is now full of life, providing haven for wildlife and home to several public art projects.

In order to communicate Countryside’s vision for this vibrant new development, Oracle was briefed to produce a placemaking brochure, to highlight the benefits of living at Kingsmere to potential future residents.

Oracle produced all the copy and created three design concepts for the brochure, ensuring it was consistent with the established brand. The final artworked brochure included a central fold-out with a masterplan map, which was also produced by Oracle’s design team.
