New Homes Week 2017 ran from the 16th to 22nd May, and Oracle led the way in implementing the social media awareness campaign to promote new build homes in the UK. The HBF were keen to resurrect NHW and asked Oracle to manage the Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts to help promote the week, linking back to www.new-homes.co.uk

Oracle create themed days including ‘Myth-Busting Monday’, 'Trust Tuesay' and ‘Site Visit Saurday’, and all aspects of new build homes and property development were explored, to help consumers discover the benefits of buying new

Developers, property portals and housing associations were involved from all over England, Wales and Scotland, and culminated in a week of sharing images, videos, case studies, new homes news, blogs, infographics, and even a Facebook party, all to help show that new homes add up to a better deal than buying an older property.

After the Week had finished, the content managed and posted by Oracle across the three social media platforms resulted in a 1.1m reach on Facebook, nearly 170,000 post impressions on Twitter, and over 1,300 engagements on Instagram.
