As an established niche developer, Generator Group focuses on sourcing, planning and delivering residential and mixed-use development opportunities across London and the South. Its current developments include converted warehouses overlooking Bristol’s floating harbour and a Mondrian architectural influenced development called The Bridge in Norwich.

The company and its subsidiary Generator South West has some 735 projects ranging from small residential schemes to major mixed-use regeneration projects in the pipeline, including more across Bristol, Bedminster and Kent.

 

 

Generator Group set Oracle Group the task of beginning to build up brand awareness for each development that had already been selling well and to also build the profile of managing director Paul Isaacs, as an expert in his field. With a number of media interviews secured, including for What House, City A.M., and Housebuilder, momentum has begun to build for Paul’s expertise on all things planning, building and funding for SME developers.
