Shared Ownership Week 2016

Shared Ownership Week is a nationwide campaign celebrating the affordable housing scheme. Oracle implemented a comprehensive PR and social media campaign, utilising content from 11 housing association partners to manage the Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts, create blogs and infographics.

With editorial supplements in Metro, Evening Standard, TimeOut, Square Mile, City AM and First Time Buyer magazine, as well as a further three in the North West press, plus two flagship events in London and Manchester, this year was well and truly national. Oracle issued press information to secure further editorial, and an interview with one of the Housing Associations on London Live TV.

The Oracle team secured the endorsement of the new Housing and Planning Minister, MP Gavin Barwell, even sourcing a quote for press and a dedicated blog to use on the official website. The team also managed to get backing from footballer Bobby Zamora, who has set up a unique property group with Rio Ferdinand and Mark Noble, Legacy, to deliver schemes for Local Authorities that reduce pressure on affordable housing and local community services, and empowers their tenants through onsite community and sporting facilities.
