Community Health Partnerships (CHP) commissioned the Oracle Group to deliver an improved social media programme over a three-month period.
As experts in delivering and managing award-winning new and upgraded NHS buildings through public private partnerships, CHP was keen to fully utilise all digital platforms and ensure its key stakeholders were well informed and regularly updated on company news and key messages.
The company’s Twitter and LinkedIn platforms were reviewed, with full hashtag, follower and influencer analysis undertaken and recommendations implemented.
Over the three-month campaign period, Twitter updates earned over 22.7K impressions, with an average of 223.3 impressions per tweet; a 19% increase on the previous three-month period. A similar success rate was achieved on LinkedIn, with 27.1K impressions, 436 link clicks and 601 impressions. There were also almost 200 visits to the CHP website from these accounts during the campaign.
