Guinness Homes

The Guinness Partnership owns and manages nearly 60,000 homes across England, providing services for 120,000 customers. Its next large development at Loughborough Park in Brixton will include 133 Shared Ownership homes.

Guinness Homes set Oracle Group the task of building brand awareness of Titanium Point in Bethnal Green. One of our initial tasks was to work on a journalist event, inviting journalists to attend a lunch of pie & mash to set the East End scene.

The intimate event was a success with four journalists attending, and each one did their own piece on the development, including City A.M and Absolutely Magazine. The event saw members of the Guinness Homes team on hand to give the journalists a tour of the development and give a low-down on all the statistical information and history of the site.

Interviewing a number of new homeowners at Titanium Point, coverage was also secured in the Evening Standard, The Sunday Times, Time Out, the Metro and What House. In addition, four topical press releases also received coverage in First Time Buyer magazine, Move To and The Wharf.
