We’re all feeling rather pleased with ourselves this week in the Oracle office. Despite the harsh temperatures outside, we are all beaming with a warm and fuzzy glow – because we have just been crowned as one of the best places to work in property! We are rather proud to say that we are the only marketing and communications agency to make the grade of just 52 companies in Property Week’s Best Places to Work in Property Awards 2018. Returning for a second year, the awards recognise and celebrate businesses in the property sector for their effort and achievement whilst celebrating the incredible strides the industry has made in becoming more diverse, inclusive and attractive to work in.
Liz Hamson, Editor of Property Week, and host of the Awards ceremony on Friday 23rd February, commented: “Companies shouldn’t underestimate what an achievement it is to be on this list. They have been subjected to rigorous employer and employee surveys conducted by Best Companies Group, only two-thirds made the grade. What unites them is that they all go above the call of duty, often across multiple metrics. When these companies go for it, they really go for it.”
Meticulously assessed across eight key areas including leadership and planning, role satisfaction and training and benefits, this award pays tribute to the values and principles that underpin Oracle’s desire to promote an engaging and happy place to work as well as an environment that thrives on going the extra mile for its clients. Oracle Group is the only full service marketing and communications agency named on the winners list.
This award is obviously one that we are extremely proud of – not only is it a significant acknowledgement from our peers in the property industry but also from the people who are our biggest advocates – our amazing team. At Oracle, we love to do things differently and are passionate about rewarding all of our staff across all areas of the business as well as providing a tailor-made program of training and support for everyone.
