Oracle Group Reveals Rebrand & Restructure

Property PR and marketing specialist, the Oracle Group has announced key changes to its management team along with a refresh of its signature red logo, on its six year anniversary (27th June 2017).

Caroline Coskry, who started the business in 2011, will move to become the company’s Chief Executive, and Board members Zoe Murzell and Jaclyn Thorburn have been promoted.  Zoe Murzell, who has been with the company since 2011, becomes Managing Director of PR and Events, and Jaclyn Thorburn, who joined Oracle Group in 2015, becomes Managing Director of Digital and Marketing.

With significant success and impressive growth, the Surrey-based firm attracted the attention of American giants, Oracle Corporation who insisted the agency change its logo, despite no conflict of interest in its business offering.  Oracle Group reluctantly agreed to revise the brand colours, and took the opportunity to highlight the five services the company now offers: PR, Social, Marketing, Events and Digital.

Commenting on the management re-structure and re-brand, Chief Executive, Caroline Coskry, said: “The business has surpassed my expectations in terms of growth over the last few years.  We now offer five services and have 24 staff, all of whom have contributed to the on-going success of the company.  Now is the ideal time to drive the company further forwards and both Zoe and Jaclyn have proved over the years they are the perfect duo to help facilitate that.

“As we approach our sixth year, it was a good opportunity to refresh the brand and establish our range of capabilities as an expert team of marketers.  Whilst we have not changed the logo design, we have opted for a new colour palette, which helps us distinguish our expertise, all under one Oracle Group brand. Having grown from a PR business in 2011, we’re very proud of the dynamic team of experts we now have, and the further marketing services we can offer our clients. We have established an excellent reputation within the property sector, as innovators and trend-setters, and our clients appreciate our fresh approach and ability to offer real value and adaptability.”

Oracle Group works within the UK property sector, with a strong focus on the new build and property development market. With a long list of clients from luxury developers and housing associations to trade bodies and specialist industry suppliers, the company has expanded rapidly in recent years, boosted by the recovery of the property market, and more recently, the increasing demand for digital marketing services. Oracle’s multi-discipline approach was recently recognised at the First Time Buyer Awards in April, when it picked up the ‘Most Innovative Marketing Campaign’ Award, for its delivery of Shared Ownership Week, which involved a comprehensive digital content, social media, and PR strategy.

With a firm footing in the property sector, Oracle has also recently provided the PR and social media support to the New Homes Week campaign, something it resurrected with the Home Builders Federation in 2016. It will again be leading the PR and social media for the award-winning Shared Ownership Week campaign in September 2017.
