A Trio of Promotions

By Caroline Coskry

During our recent week of celebrations for our 11th birthday, three team members were deservedly promoted, with one member joining The Oracle Group’s Executive Team!

Emma Heaney was promoted from Senior Account Manager to Account Director, becoming part of the Executive team and taking on a host of new responsibilities. Emma has been at The Oracle Group for six years during which she has gone from office manager to becoming an experienced and accredited PR expert; an incredible accomplishment, achieved through hard work, consistency and determination.

On her promotion, Emma comments: “I have had an amazing time at Oracle over the last six years and genuinely love what I do. I love working with the Oracle team and my clients. I am very excited to step into my new role as Account Director and look forward to supporting the Executive team to develop exciting new ideas for our clients and for the business.”

Ellie Gadsby has been promoted from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive after an incredibly successful year at Oracle. Ellie first joined as an intern and after impressing the team with her hard-working mentality and integrity, she was offered a permanent position and has spent her time working on multiple client accounts, creating engaging social media content and attending a variety of exciting events.

Ellie comments: “I am delighted that I have been promoted to Senior Account Executive. I have learnt a lot about PR and social media since joining The Oracle Group last year and can’t wait to continue my journey with the support of my amazing colleagues.”

Bethan Millett has also been promoted to Senior Account Executive after being with the team for 8 months. During her time at Oracle, Bethan’s willingness to learn has been noted by the team and in her new role, she will be taking on more responsibility on client accounts whilst developing her PR and social media skills.

Bethan comments: “I am so excited to start my role as Senior Account Executive. Since joining the team last November, I have learnt new things every day, visited lots of fascinating sites and have thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of the job. In my new role, I hope to continue this learning journey and expand my knowledge of the property and PR world.”

Well done to Emma, Ellie and Bethan and a big thank you to the rest of the Oracle team for their ongoing commitment, dedication and hard work, as well as making the office a fun and enjoyable place to work!
