Marketing case study
Marketing Kingsmere for Countryside
Kingsmere is a unique development on the edge of the North Oxfordshire town of Bicester, where Countryside is delivering a modern urban village, with new homes, schools, sports facilities, community amenities and improved transport connections.
With residents moving in on site, and all the community facilities underway, the development is now full of life, providing a haven for wildlife and home to several public art projects.
In order to communicate Countryside’s vision for this vibrant new development, The Oracle Group was briefed to produce a placemaking brochure, to highlight the benefits of living at Kingsmere to potential future residents.
Oracle produced all the copy and created three design concepts, ensuring it was consistent with the established brand. The final artworked brochure included a central fold-out with an illustrated masterplan map, which was also produced by Oracle’s design team.
The final 28-page placemaking brochure was printed on a premium silk laminate stock, with flashes of high gloss spot UV on the outer covers to draw attention to the logo.
The brochure has recently been updated with new images, revised copy to mark the progress on the site, and updates to the masterplan, with an extended print run for the sales and marketing team.
“The Oracle Group’s ability to take a marketing brief and deliver above expectations, in time and to budget is second to none – the team never let me down.”
