To raise awareness of new shared ownership homes at Chapel Riverside in Southampton, we approached local radio presenter and podcaster Zoe Hanson to take a tour of the apartments and provide listeners with an insight to shared ownership, dispelling some of the myths surrounding the affordable homes product.

 

Zoe’s podcast, the So So Show is tipped as ‘Southampton’s Podcast’, so we felt this would be the perfect audience demographic to reach potential buyers at Chapel Riverside. Created in just one day, the podcast was incredibly straightforward, and Zoe was a delight to work with. Listen for yourself, Episode 29 is available here. We also combined it with Zoe interviewing our very own Emma Heaney on camera to promote St. Arthur’s black Friday deal.  To see our Emma in action, view the video here.

Using all of this content, we promoted across all St. Arthur social channels, interacting with Zoe and the So So channels, gaining traction from the So So audience. Another job well done from the Oracle team!
