New Client Win: Shanly Homes

It’s been an exciting month for all the team at The Oracle Group.  We have welcomed our latest client, Shanly Homes, to our growing list of well-known housebuilders.

Award-winning Shanly Homes is looking for support to drive their business forward. We will be providing media and communications support to the business with a focus on steering traffic to their new homes’ schemes across the South East of England.

To kick start the campaign which includes Shanly Southern and Shanly Thames Valley, the team has been out viewing all current schemes, getting to know the sales teams and immersing themselves in all things Shanly.  We have been from Aylesbury and Amersham to Cockfosters and Binfield, getting under the skin of the Thames Valley region, and in the South – we have been exploring leafy Godalming, edgy Croydon and rural Turner’s Hill.

We are looking forward to putting Shanly Homes directly in the eyes of today’s house buyers, with their fabulous locations, beautiful build quality and stunning interiors – what’s not to like?  We will be working with the sales teams to generate news and case studies and deliver much-desired online and print coverage.

One of our particularly connections is their family business ethic which mirrors our own code of practice.  Shanly Homes first started building houses back in 1969 and has remained committed to developing high-specification, sustainable, architecturally innovative homes.
