Leading housing provider Peabody has recently appointed us to promote its portfolio of new homes developments across London.
Founded over 150 years ago, Peabody is one of the UK’s largest housing associations with over 66,000 homes in London and the south-east. It delivers services to 133,000 residents, 18,000 care and support customers and the wider communities in which it works. Its ambitious housebuilding programme aims to deliver thousands of new homes in the years to come, creating and investing in thriving new communities where people want to live. With a long history of providing affordable housing, Peabody offers homes in a wide range of tenures and products, including private sale and Help to Buy, with surplus profits reinvested into affordable housing and community services.
We are thrilled that we will be delivering PR for Peabody’s new homes developments across London. While developments are currently closed for ‘in person’ viewings due to COVID-19, site staff are conducting online viewings and Peabody also offers immersive virtual reality tours at many of its developments.
Andrew Peglau, Assistant Director of Marketing at Peabody, comments: “We are delighted to be working with The Oracle Group to showcase our diverse new homes developments, which include private sale and shared ownership properties. In the current challenging circumstances of the coronavirus lockdown, Peabody’s social purpose becomes all the more important and Oracle will deliver a wide-ranging communications strategy that ties back to our core social aims. While it is not quite business as usual at the moment, we are looking forward to working with Oracle to further build our brand and help Londoners find the new homes they are looking for.”
Our CEO, Caroline Coskry, adds: “Peabody is one of the largest and longest-standing housing providers with a strong heritage and a passionate commitment to creating vibrant communities and helping people make the most of their lives. We are excited to have the opportunity to work with this leading HA and help them communicate their story, as well as boost their exceptional schemes through the media.”
